Enroll in online statements Tip: To receive online statements, log in to digital banking: Choose enroll in online statements. To view your online statements: Log in quickly with a touch Log in using your fingerprint instead of having to enter a login ID and password.
If you skip setup at that time and want to enable it later, log into the mobile app and tap on the upper left dropdown menu. Under settings, click on mobile. Select your current device.
Select enable fingerprint authentication and confirm. You can only set up fingerprint ID from the mobile app on your mobile device. Pay bills fast—no stamp needed Before using bill pay , you need to enroll. To set up the people or companies you want to pay: You can search for businesses in the search bar—if the business you want to pay is in our system, some of the company information will auto-populate. After you enter the recipient, you can make a payment from the recipient tab or: Click the schedule button and fill in the information: Click continue and follow the prompts until you see the success notification.
After you have bill pay set up, you can pay bills right from the dashboard view, which is the view you see when you first log in. Set up automatic transfers to build your savings Use the pay and transfer tool to move money easily between your eligible accounts.
Click the schedule button, select your savings account as the recipient from the drop-down menu, and fill in the payment amount and date. Select the recurring button. Follow the prompts until you see the success notification.
Use quick glance to track your balance Open the app and before logging in, select quick glance on the lower right. Set up custom alerts to help you monitor your account You can set up a number of alerts and decide how often you receive them and where—your primary email address; to your alerts inbox, which is in the main menu; or as a push notification to the app so it appears on your phone.
To set up alerts: Go to settings and click on alerts. Use the dropdown menu under add custom alerts to view your options and follow the prompts. Here are some examples of alerts you might find helpful: Periodic account balance: Daily balance threshold alert: Sends you a daily alert when your account balance is below or above a certain amount set by you. Transaction alert: Tells you when a payment is made to a certain company.
You can set it up so you know when your rent, mortgage, car or other important payment goes through. Please note: Alerts can help notify you about certain account activity.
